While we love your little ones, we respectfully request no children at the wedding. We appreciate you making childcare arrangements ahead of time so you can have the weekend off to celebrate with us.

Regatta Place is an outdoor venue. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Dinner and dancing will be tented.
Wedding day dress code is black-tie optional. This means that men are welcome to wear a tux or dark suit, and women are welcome to wear a formal dress, jumpsuit or dressy separates.
Yes! For those staying at the Sonesta Middletown/Newport: the trolley will be picking all guests up at 3:10pm For those staying in the downtown Newport area: the trolley will be picking guests up at the Red Parrot (corner of America's Cup Ave and Thames St) beginning at 3:15pm and a final pick up at 3:45pm. At the end of the reception trolleys will be available to transport guests. There will be an early trolley beginning at 9:30pm. Final trolleys will transport guests at 10:00pm back to the Sonesta, the Red Parrot corner location, and Buskers Pub for those who want to keep the party going! for additional information please reach out to Olivia at 774-836-4206
While parking is available at our wedding venue and you may leave your car overnight, it is limited. Regatta Place is less than a mile away from downtown, parking there is plentiful. For added convenience, water taxis, Uber, and regular taxis are easily accessible options for transportation.
For guests opting not to utilize our provided transportation to Regatta Place, we kindly request arrival by 4:00pm to ensure a timely start to the ceremony at 4:30pm. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.
