Question

What am I supposed to wear?

Answer

We are asking that all of our guests strictly adhere to black-tie attire: Those preferring a more masculine look should wear a tuxedo with a bowtie or standard necktie. We ask that you keep to dark colors, preferably black and certainly no white. You are welcome to wear more formal suits, such as those with coattails, but that is not required. Those preferring a more feminine look should wear a floor-length gown or other similar garment. Any color is acceptable, however, please do not wear anything with more than 20% white or a similar shade of light grey. Please see this website for more information on black tie dress code: https://www.theknot.com/content/what-to-wear-black-tie .

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We will not be providing a hotel block for this event. Issaquah and the surrounding area have many accommodation options at a variety of price-points. Air B&B or similar services are also available. Keep in mind that Seattle and Bellevue are great places to stay and are only 10-35 minutes away from the venue.

Question

Are plus ones allowed?

Answer

No. Due to venue constraints and our wish to have a close wedding celebration, we ask that only those specified on your invitation and/or RSVP card attend. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

Only children listed on your invitation who are 12 and up may attend this event. We are implementing this policy for the enjoyment of all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

How will food and drinks be served?

Answer

We will have a seated dinner right after the ceremony and will provide guests with the option of purchasing alcoholic drinks from the cash bar. For those who choose to drink, we ask that you please do so responsibly and respectfully.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes. The venue has plenty of parking on-site. We ask that you be mindful of guests who are not able to walk long-distances, so if you are able to, please park away from the front entrance. The parking lot will comfortably accommodate everyone and is a short distance from the entrance.

Question

What is the venue like? Is it ADA accessible?

Answer

We have specifically selected Fox Hollow for its beauty and expansive space. We also want to note that the venue is ADA accessible, with ADA and gender-neutral, uni-sex bathrooms. The space is outdoors and requires some walking, however, we will try to limit walking as much as possible. If you have questions or concerns about accessibility for our event, please let us know and send us an email at livanddarian@outlook.com.

Question

Why do you not have gifts on the registry?

Answer

We are so grateful to have such a wonderful group of family and friends who are interested in our registry. We would prefer those interested in contributing to our future please see our honeymoon and first home down payment funds. If this option does not feel right for you and you would still like to contribute, please contact us directly at livanddarian@outlook.com.

Question

Where can we get more information about the wedding?

Answer

We will continuously be updating the wedding website. If you have any specific questions, please email us at livanddarian@outlook.com.
