We have two hotel room blocks available. The hotels are located directly across the street from each other, and each will have shuttle transport on the day of the wedding. For our local guests, we will have a shuttle available from the venue parking lot for transport on the day of the wedding.

Shuttle

Hotel Guest Shuttle Transportation

September 28, 2024 2:15 pm - 11:59 pm

Shuttles will depart from both the Loews and Marriott hotels at 2:15pm to take guests to the church. Immediately following the ceremony, shuttles will transport guests to Ballroom at the Ben for cocktail hour and reception. A shuttle will be available at the end of the reception (10pm) through the end of the after party (12am) to return guests to the hotels.

Local Guest Shuttle Transportation

For our local guests, parking will be complimentary in the lot across from the Ballroom entrance on 9th street between Samson Street and Chestnut Street from 2:00pm until 1:00am. The parking lot has a large green park sign. A shuttle will depart from the Ballroom at 2:15pm to take guests to the church. Immediately following the ceremony, shuttles will transport guests to Ballroom at the Ben for cocktail hour and reception.
