Trolley from Hotel to Reception

October 28, 2023 5:30 pm - 11:30 pm

There will be a green and gold trolley, which will run from the hotels to the reception venue for an hour between 5:40 PM and 6:40 PM, then again for an hour between 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM at the end of the reception. The trolley will go to all three hotels that are mentioned on this page (Hilton, Renaissance, and Staybridge). Information about the trolley will also be at the hotel front desks.

We've blocked off rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn near the reception venue. Just click on the link and select "Book a Room" to book your room through the Cawi-Oda Wedding Block ($149 per night from October 27-29).

Individual attendees will make reservations directly with central reservations at 1-800-238-8000 or directly with the Hotel at 317-582-1500. When making the reservation, indicate that you are reserving under the Oda & Cawi Wedding Block. This block can be used for people checking in Friday October 27th and checking out Sunday October 29, 2023.
