We are so excited to celebrate our love with you!

We met on the first day of sixth grade in the band room at Dexter McCarty Middle School. We became good friends and eventually dated for a few weeks. We were actually each other's first Valentine's in the sixth grade and attended our first middle school dance together. Our sixth grade romance did not last long and it was not until the eighth grade after a few years of crushing on each other that things lined up and we started dating February 8th, 2014. We dated all through high school and created some amazing memories together at several schooling events. Shortly before graduation, we took some time apart to discover who we were and after a couple of months got back together right as college was getting ready to start at Portland State. We knew we had found our person and we were ready to tackle college together and see where this next journey was going to to take us. From that day forward, we have created many more memories and have enjoyed every moment and adventure life has to offer together.

The whole year of 2020 was an odd year with the COVID-19 pandemic which kept both of us home for the holidays. This was going to be the first Christmas that we actually got to spend together in our 7 years of dating at the time which we were both really excited about. Our families we gathering together for Christmas Eve dinner and little did I know what Levi had in store for me that night. Levi and his parents spent the whole day setting things up and he was just a few days in his recovery process from getting his wisdom teeth removed. Levi picked me up for Christmas Eve dinner and we ran to the store real quick before dinner to grab some appetizers for dinner, or at least I thought that was what we were doing. When we got to the house, he opened the door for me and all I could see was rose petals on the ground and pictures of us throughout our entire relationship hanging up throughout the entire house. The photos and rose petals led us down to the deck where there was a beautiful frame with lights waiting for us, where he got down on one knee and popped the question. I said "YES" and just like that we were engaged! We are both so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with all of you!
