How do I book my room using the wedding discount code?
Answer
The pdf link needed to book the room was provided in the email that was sent out. Please let us know if you did not receive the email and we will resend! In order to get the group discount you must use the link provided. The document provided in the email provides information on room rates and discounts included with the code.

How soon do I need to book my room?
Answer
Please book your room by January 25th before the room block ends. However, these rooms sell out fast and we highly recommend making the reservation as soon as you can. There is only a 1 night deposit required to hold the reservation. Reservations can be canceled for a full refund if done 21 days before arrival. The hotel allows changes to the reservation at any time if adjustments are needed for your arrival or departure time as plans change. This can be done by calling the number provided (1 844 530 0518). I know it sounds crazy to book so far in advance, but there are a limited number of discounted rooms towards wedding guests that the resort provides and I would love for you all to get the cheapest rate :)

Is the Sunset Beach Resort all-inclusive? What is included with the price of the room?
Answer
The resort is all-inclusive (includes all drinks and food). The price differs depending on how many people you have staying in your room due to the all-inclusive package for each guest. The price includes the all-inclusive package and all taxes and fees. The only extra cost will be an environmental fee ($1.80 usd per room per night) paid at the property. The prices listed shows the total price per room based on the number of occupants. For example, single (1 person) through quad (4 people).

Does the hotel provide a shuttle service to and from the airport?

Question
Can I stay at a different resort?
Answer
We would love for everyone to join us at the Sunset Beach Golf & Spa Resort Pueblo Bonito in order to be included in all the fun weekend events. However if wedding guests choose not to stay at this resort during the wedding weekend they will only allow outside guests for the ceremony & reception.

How long can I stay at this resort under the discount code?

Our code is good from April 20th to May 03rd, 2024. Please take advantage of the code and extend your vacay and stay as long as you would like :)
