Please arrive no later than 3:30pm and park at The Canyon Clubhouse. Because of limited parking at our ceremony site, we will be shuttling guests from Canyon Clubhouse to the ceremony and back.
Yes, Black Tie Optional. Gowns and Tuxes are preferred, cocktail dresses and suits are welcome. Please no shorts, jeans, flip flops, tennis shoes, hats, etc.
The average temperature in Flagstaff in September is in the mid 70's during the day. In the evening, it could get down into the low 40's. Our reception will be indoors, but prepare for the cooler weather in the evening.
Our ceremony will take place on a grass lawn where reception will be indoors.
There will be shuttles at the end of the evening. Third party drivers service this area as well.
Of course! Please let us know of any allergies no later than (2) weeks prior to our wedding date. We cannot guarantee the request if provided later.
Due to Covid, we understand you may not want to travel right now, be in large groups, etc. during this time. We are hoping with the vaccine now here, we can slowly start getting back to a normal life. We ask that you keep the option open to join us on our special day and make a decision when we are closer to our wedding date because of the unknown right now. We hope to see you!
