Question

Should I RSVP?

Answer

YES. To keep the bride sane, please RSVP by July 7th via the website (under the RSVP tab), by texting the bride or groom, or by returning the RSVP card by mail.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

We strongly recommend you to RSVP on the wedding website under the “RSVP” tab but you are also more than welcome to RSVP by mailing in the RSVP card sent with the invitation.

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

You MUST RSVP by July 7, 2023. We have to have a final headcount for our venue, so it is very important that we meet this deadline. If you are having trouble with your RSVP, please reach out to the bride and groom for additional assistance. If anything changes and you are no longer able to come, please update your RSVP submission or reach out to the bride and groom to allow someone else to come.

If I missed the RSVP deadline, can I still show up?

Answer

Please understand that RSVP numbers are to determine how much guest seating is need as well as how many guest meals that are needed. If you do not RSVP or miss the RSVP deadline, we WILL NOT be able to accommodate you, therefore you unfortunately WILL NOT be able to attend ANY wedding events. We do apologize for any inconvenience in advance.

What should I do if I RSVP and something happens and I’m no longer able to come?

Answer

If plans change, PLEASE update your RSVP submission or let the bride and groom know as soon as possible. There is a chance of limited attendance, and your spot can be given to someone who was previously unable to attend.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Nope! Leave them in the car (kidding). Unfortunately, due to limited space kids are NOT allowed at the wedding or reception.

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Plus ones are automatically granted to those with a spouse and long time significant other (that we know). Only the people addressed on your invitation are invited due to strict capacity issues. Our guest list is tight and we cannot accommodate additional guests. Any children or uninvited guests will be turned away at the door. Thanks for understanding.

Are jeans, shorts and flip flops allowed?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Dress to impress. Classy and elegant is the concept. Outfits to aim for would be cocktail dresses, little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks. (However, a comfortable pair of flip flops or flats are permitted for the ladies during the reception. Men are also allowed to pull out a fresh pair of kicks at that time).

Can guests wear cream or off white to the wedding?

Answer

No. We ask that no one wear white or any shade of white (off white, eggshell white, cream, etc) besides the bride.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony. Please note that if you arrive too close to the start time or after the start time, you will miss the ceremony.

Is this an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

No this will not be an unplugged ceremony. In fact, we encourage you to take pictures and videos to help capture the couple’s special day. We only ask that you stay out of the way of the professional photographers and videographer. You can use our hashtag: #EveryDayIsAHoliday, #CheersToTheHolidays or #AHolidayLoveStory when uploading pictures and videos to social media.

Is there an open bar at the reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar so feel free to indulge. PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY AND DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes! We decided to make it easy and do our registry directly through Zola. You will find it under the registry tab on the wedding website.

What is the couples name tag for Cash App, Venmo or Zelle?

Answer

For Cash App, feel free to send cash gifts to $NyaRankins For Venmo, feel free to send Cash Funds to @Nya-Rankins For Zelle, feel free to send cash Funds to Nya Rankins or use the phone number (404) 840-8743

What if I don’t have Cashapp, Venmo or Zelle, but I want to contribute to the Newly Weds’ Cash Fund?

Answer

Feel free to drop cards/cash gifts in the locked card box provided at the sign in table. There’s is also a “New Home Fund” located in the registry section on the website so feel free to utilize that as well! :)

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience. For all others, you are still more than welcome to send gifts to the couple’s address: 624 Pinhurst Drive, Atlanta, GA 30339

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place out doors on the outer balcony overlooking Pensacola’s Beautiful Beach. The cocktail hour will be a mix between in door and outdoor as guest are free to mix and mingle and walk around. The reception will be inside.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

There is free parking at the wedding venue. All parking is first come first serve. Please be aware that the wedding venue share parking with other surrounding businesses so plan your arrival time accordingly.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

There will be a section included on the RSVP card for guests to write any dietary restrictions so that the caterer can address these matters. This option will also be available on the wedding website under the RSVP tab once you find your name in order to RSVP.

How much does the beach cost?

Answer

Pensacola Beach itself is free, however there is a toll booth located on the main bridge leading onto the beach. Don’t worry, the toll is only $1 per entry. For your convenience, cash and coins are not accepted in person. Instead, the toll is set up on a TOLL-BY-PLATE model. So when approaching the booth, simply drive through without slowing down and SunPass will mail your TOLL Invoice to your mailing address. You can also pay your toll through a tolling app such as Pay Tollo.
