Question

What about COVID 19 ?

Answer

We are asking all guests to be thoughtful and carful if you feel your travel puts you at risk or your work/life please get a Covid test if possible, or at least monitor your self and be thoughtful before the wedding weekend. We know that by the wedding there will be some with vaccinations which is fantastic and will hopefully help keep everyone safe. We are limiting our own exposure as there have been outbreaks across Maine. If you are unable to get a test or a vaccination we ask you respect social distance, wear a mask and check you temp, and monitor your self before the wedding. If you feel you may be a risk and have had exposure and cant get tested we would ask you to refrain from coming as there are many who are high risk at our wedding. Including the bride :) <3 xo We will have many safety precautions in place hand washing, masks if needed, and the entire ceremony will be outside. We hope all can come enjoy and stay safe Love to all

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We will be marking out areas in the field to park next to the ceremony, we will have signs posted where it is ok to park. Carpooling is encouraged when possible (though with covid we know this is difficult)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be no other transportation other then your own cars to and from the wedding, let us know if this will create any difficulties for you and we will do our best to help.

What to bring?

Answer

We cant wait to share this day with you, here are a few things to think about bringing so you have a great time! 1. Feel free to bring a lawn chair for the fire we can use the rentals but if you have a chair you want to use for the fire bring it along! 2. Also for the bon fire, you may want to consider a change of clothing, if you don't want your dress and suits smelling like smoke bring along extra clothing we are fine with everyone dressing down in the evening as they want to :) 3. We will have an open bar with beer and wine no hard liquor if you want liquor then you are welcome to bring it we will have a few mix options available. We are supplying all the drinks ourselves and so we are able to allow you to bring drinks, we are responsible for you if we are providing though so please drink responsibly!
