We're so excited to celebrate with you!

Like a true modern romance we met on a dating app...however, not in the way you would expect! It wasn't a picture of Nolan...but a picture of Leo, his furry best friend that drew me in. Despite being 95 miles apart, all it took was a great first date and a four legged friend to steal my heart!

It was the end (or should I say beginning) of a wild weekend. We had two back to back weddings, one in St. Louis and one in Chicago. After these events we planned to extend the weekend in Chicago to celebrate Carter’s birthday. We started her birthday with a cup of coffee and a walk through Millennium park, followed by a boat tour on Lake Michigan . Mother Nature decided to throw a wrench in our plans with an afternoon thunderstorm so we spent the afternoon at an Irish Pub enjoying Chicago-style hot dogs. Finally the weather cleared up and we were able to visit the Buckingham Fountain in Grant Park. With help from some amazing friends, the Chicago skyline in the background, and the woman of my dreams next to me I couldn't think of a better time or place to ask her to spend the rest of our lives together. Now here we are!
