What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive around 2:30 so you will have time to walk to the wedding site. The ceremony will start at 3 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking on location. It's a short walk to the pond. A ride is available from the parking lot to the ceremony location for those who need it.

Any special plans at the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony we will gather around the couple to wish them well. You will be served a glass of bubbly or sparkling apple juice to toast them. Afterwards Noah and Michelle will go off with the photographer. We are asking extended family members and bridal party members to stay for photos. Guest may follow the bartenders to the refreshments.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Sorry we will not be providing this service. If you are staying at the Golden Coach Campground you will be able to walk to the wedding.

Answer

We will have a large tent on site incase of inclement weather. Because this site is in the Northern Sierra we could have cold weather so be prepared.

Our photographer kindly asks guest to refrain from standing behind her while she is taking group pictures as it distracts her subjects. Thank you for your understanding.
