Downtown Pittsboro Shopping
Stroll down the historic main drag of Pittsboro. There are lots of cute shops and places to grab a bite, a drink, or a unique gift! Check out the huge banana splits at the S & T's Soda Shoppe (Noah's Dad helped to install all of the built-ins from an old pharmacy in Mebane, NC), get some sweets at Carolina Cravings, or stop at the Beagle for a libation.
Screaming For Vintage
The shop as we call it. Formerly, Beggars and Choosers, Noah's family business. Now run by our favorites, Chad and Mary! A great place to go for antiques, vintage clothing, and an incredible selection of music on vinyl.
Circle City Books & Music
A great used bookstore! Grab a book for your travels or check out the collection of North Carolina Authors.
Postal Fish Company
Looking for a nice spot to eat? Postal makes delicious, regionally sourced food. Yum! Reservations recommended

Need a caffeine fix? We love Emma and her crew. They make a mean latte.
Carolina Tiger Rescue
Right down the road from our old house! CTR rescues big cats and other wild animals, often from weirdo private zoos like one might see on a popular Netflix docu-series. Take a tour Friday or Sunday. Reservations are required!
McIntyre's Books
Christie worked here for years. A wonderful indie bookstore in the heart of Fearrington Village. If you are a mystery reader be sure to ask for recommendations from Pete! Check out the rest of the village while you are there and wave to the Belted Galloway cows.

Big Mike's BBQ
This used to be a Pizza Hut. Noah and Christie spent many a Valentine's Day here because Pittsboro didn't have many dining options back in the day.
Belltree Cocktail Club
A cocktail bar that used to be Go! Studios a music venue that is where Noah and Christie first met!
Bojangles
If you aren't from the South check out Bojangles'. This is a must stop for Christie on visits. Biscuits just don't taste the same away from home.
