Question

Where can I park if I stay at The Hoxton?

Answer

The Hoxton has valet parking available for $70 a night (a standard rate for Chicago). Additionally, you can self park in a parking garage a block and a half away from the hotel (333 N. Green Street) or at several other self parking options in the area. You can utilize apps like Spot Hero or Parking Wiz to assist with self parking options in advance.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle running between Ovation and The Hoxton for our guests.

Question

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes, there is an abundant amount of free street parking in the immediate area surrounding the reception venue for those who choose to drive.

Question

Will food be served?

Answer

Of course! We'll have appetizers and a buffet style dinner. We will be posting the menu closer to the date of the event; we will be having vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let either one of us (Sophie or Noah) know and we will speak with our catering team.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

You bet! And an added bonus, you'll be served by some our favorite bartenders in the city of Chicago!

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, please (e.g. cocktail dresses and jackets). Chicago Aprils are often chilly, so we will have a coat check ready for you at the entrance.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to number restrictions, unless your invitation says “and Guest,” we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Question

Are there any COVID-19 restrictions?

Answer

**UPDATED MARCH 2, 2022** Effective February 28, the City of Chicago has removed the mask and vaccine requirements for certain public spaces. Masks will continue to be required in CPS, health care settings, on public transit, and in other congregate settings. Guests will no longer be required to submit proof of vaccination status to attend our private event. Everyone's health and safety is our top priority. Rules and safety protocols have been and will continue to change. We will also continue to adapt and communicate as best as possible.
