Where and when do we RSVP?

Answer

You don't need to, once you book your hotel, we will know you're coming! Please book by November 15th, 2023. If you do need to get in touch with us, please email us at niyatiwedsrachit@gmail.com.

Question

Can we use other forms of booking such as Expedia or Kayak?

Answer

Unfortunately, only guests who book their rooms through our wedding block with Indian Destination Wedding will be able to physically attend our events. The booking link to the Indian Destination Wedding website is available through our website. If you have any questions regarding bookings, please contact us at niyatiwedsrachit@gmail.com. It is resort policy that all rooms must be booked through our travel concierge and all of our guests in the wedding block will have specific wristbands that give us all access to the wedding events.

What is included in the cost of the room?

Answer

It includes access to over 20 gourmet 5-star restaurants (food is incredible!), 24 hour room service with food and beverages, water park access, all beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), gratuity, hotel/airport shuttle transportation, bowling alley access, speakeasy bar, nightclubs, and access to all our private events! Essentially the room cost includes everything on the resorts!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

All the wedding events will be at the resort and transportation is very simple between sister-resorts. Just jump into a go-cart and let them know where you’re going! The price of your room includes round-trip transportation from the airport to resort. The price of the room also includes taxes/gratuity.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please email niyatiwedsrachit@gmail.com if you have a specific food allergy so we can plan ahead!

Does the room block price include taxes? Are there additional fees once we get there?

Answer

Yes! The room block price on the Indian Wedding Destination website includes taxes and round trip transportation from the airport and to hotel. This also includes server gratuity, over 20 restaurants, drinks, nightclubs, water park access and access to sister resorts! A complete all inclusive experience!

Do we need to book flights outside of the room block?

Answer

Yes! You will need to book flights to Cancun International Airpot (CUN). Since all our guests are coming from different locations around the world, it is difficult to create an all inclusive package to include flights. Also, many of our guests will want to use their Air-miles points, so this allows you to take advantage of points if you choose to do so!

Question

The maximum capacity is 4 people to a room, so what happens if we have 3 kids (a family of 5)?

Answer

If you are a family of 5 or more, you need to ensure on paper there are 4 names to a room. Let us know by email and we can put the 5th or 6th person to another families room on paper. The resort only needs to see 4 people to a room for booking purposes. But the parents and 3 kids can all share one room! Once you are at the resort, nobody is keeping track of how many people are inside the room. Please email us for any questions.
