We’re getting married!!

Everything began in August of 2019 when Ben and Nikki found each other on a dating app. After exchanging a few messages they agreed to meet and get to know each other over ice cream! Before they knew it, they were fully immersed in each others lives. Over the next few years, they grew and bonded together through shared hobbies, experiences, and each others families and friends. It didn’t take very long to realize they had a special connection together and the rest is history!

In March of 2023 Nikki and Ben had been planning a trip to the Western United States to sightsee, ski, and visit friends. During the planning of the trip it was decided that one of the stops would be at Arches National Park in Utah. Ben saw this as the perfect opportunity to finally give Nikki the proposal she deserved. On Saint Patrick’s Day, March 17, 2023 after driving six hours from Denver to Utah, Nikki and Ben began their ascent hiking to see The Delicate Arch. Once they reached the arch, Ben knew it was showtime. While posing for a picture together, Ben got down on one knee in front of Nikki to ask the love of his life if she would marry him. Nikki was stunned, she was in such disbelief that she thought Ben was playing a joke on her. Once Nikki gathered herself she couldn’t stop looking at her new ring and telling Ben how much she loved him. The proposal was better than Nikki or Ben could have imagined. The rest of the trip was spent camping, skiing, and celebrating their future together as one.
