On March 10th, 2023, Nikhil surprised Sakshi with a heartfelt proposal at the historic Schoolhouse in Dallas. With both families in on the act, friends from all over the country joined in the celebration. Amidst twinkling lights and shared laughter, Nikhil asked Sakshi to be his partner and forever best friend. Over dinner and toasts, the celebration merged seamlessly into an engagement party, combining the joy of Sakshi's parents' 25th anniversary with the beginning of their own love story.
