Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please wear formal attire. No jeans, no flip flops, and please ladies no white!

Is the venue inside or outside?

Answer

It is outside. The reception and ceremony will both be covered with a big open area in the middle that is uncovered. There is grass area but plenty of paved areas so you don’t have to get your shoes dirty if you don’t want to!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

No, we are inviting people nearest and dearest to us and want to celebrate with those that are!

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

There will be one opportunity where we will encourage anyone to take their own pictures of the ceremony once the bride and groom are down the isle, then I please ask you to put your phones away and refrain from taking any pictures during the ceremony, as we will have a photographer to capture all the memories! Once the cocktail hour and reception start, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of space to park your car. If you book your hotel through our block, they offer a shuttle to and from the wedding. If you book at a different hotel please drive safely back.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be hiring a bartender and supplying our own alcohol, but please feel free to bring your own if you have a specific type you like. We will also have some non alcoholic beverages.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have a hotel block with the Hilton Gardens Inn Tampa/Brandon/Riverview. We highly suggest this hotel as they offer a free shuttle service to and from the wedding venue, ensuring everyone will get back safely. If you do want to book through this hotel, I have added the link under the travel tab, just adjust the dates on the website to how many nights you need. Please do so before January 28th, as that is the day they will release any remaining rooms.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes, the wedding venue has to wrap up at 9:30pm, which we thought was entirely too soon to cut the party. We will be heading over to the Hard Rock to continue our celebration. Please come and join us and maybe even win some money!

Question

When do I need to RSVP by? How can I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 30th. We have to have our final guest count 30 days in advance to let our vendors know how many to accommodate for. You can RSVP right on this website. If you don’t know how to, please text the bride whether or not you can make it and who it is that will or will not be attending.
