We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is black tie optional.
The ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors. The reception will take place under a tent to keep guests away from the sun. In case of rain, the tent will be completely enclosed to ensure guests stay dry.
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. For those using the shuttle service, please be sure to plan accordingly as there will be an influx of guests also using the shuttle. Please also remember that the shuttle has to pick up guests before and after you so adjust your time accordingly.
In order to allow all guests an evening of relaxation, we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion. Please enjoy this night off. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

If you are staying at the Sanctuary Hotel, Resort Villas, Home Rentals, and Mariott Andell Inn, then yes. For those using the Kiawah Island shuttle service please be sure to plan accordingly as there will be an influx of guests also using this method of transportation. Please note the shuttle has to pick up other guests before and after you so please allow for extra time to ensure your arrival before the start of the ceremony.

Guests should call (800) 654-2924 for assistance with group reservations. You should tell the agent that you need to book a villa/room for the Rapacz-Crane Wedding or use code 21221 to receive 20% off nightly rates on villas and homes. For guests booking online, you can note in the comments section the wedding name & include the booking ID code, however, the reservations will not be automatically or immediately linked with the wedding group or secured at the group rate/discount at the time of booking as they have to manually link their reservation to the wedding.

Yes, we’ll have a shuttle service that will take anyone who wants to join us to the after-party. The shuttle will also transport folks (post) after the party to the Sanctuary Hotel, Resort Villas, and Home Rentals. If you choose to end your night early, we will also provide a shuttle service back to your Resort Villas, Home Rentals, and the Sanctuary Hotel. The shuttle service will be provided from 11 pm - 2 am the night of the wedding. Please be aware space is limited. Please also note that the after-party is located next door to the Marriott Andell Inn.
