Welcome to our Forever

We met in our Sophomore year in High School at Porter Ridge in Indian Trail, NC. We instantly hit it off and became very close friends. We went on our first date when we were fifteen; however, life had different plans in mind. Fast forward to October of 2015. Ryan moved back to North Carolina after living in Oregon for several years. We met up the same night - from there the rest is history. In February of 2017, he somehow convinced me it was a good idea to move across the country to his city - Portland, Oregon (Don't worry, I love it here - hindsight is 20/20). We've spent the last five years building our life together. In October of 2019, Ryan proposed. We had plans to go to the pumpkin patch; however, he came down with a pretty severe cold. My stubborn self refused to let him take me even though it's one of our traditions. This didn't stop him - he proposed with just the two of us there. It was very intimate and perfect for us. Since the proposal, we adopted another cat, got new cars, purchased our first home together, and so much more. Now it's time for us to take the next step in our lives and really start #DoingTheDamnThayne
