Is there a cutoff date for the hotel room blocks?

Room blocks and rates are available through May 5th. If you do not book by then, you will lose out on the group discount and room availability will not be a guarantee.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Cocktail hour will be held outside depending on weather, followed by an indoor reception

After Party will be held at the venue following the reception

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

A shuttle bus will be available to and from the venue out of the Hilton & Hyatt hotels. If you are staying at a different hotel, please head to the one of these hotels for transportation. Both shuttles will depart for the wedding at 6:00PM. There will be a shuttle pick up & drop off after the wedding at 11:30PM and following the after party at 12:30AM
