Booking a flight from the U.S to Athens is often more cost-effective than selecting Mykonos as the final destination. Please see below for suggested options from various cities & info on how to get from Athens to Mykonos. Athens to Mykonos If you’re flying into Athens, to get to Mykonos, you have the option of taking: (1) a short 30 minute flight (Local/Regional airlines at very reasonable prices (e.g. 125EURO). OR (2) One of the ferries (high speed versus longer more scenic (approx. 2.5-5 hours depending which option you select). Note that conventional ferries run year long and high speed/more options are added come May. Please make sure to check if printed tickets are required.

Flying from Chicago American Airlines has a direct non-stop flight from Chicago to Athens United & others have direct non-stop flights from Newark to Athens British Airways has a flight from O’Hare to Heathrow & then direct to Mykonos Swiss Air also has some options with only one stop Flying from New York There are many options to fly non-stop from New York to Athens. Flying from Dallas British Airways has some of the better options (e.g., one connection in London Heathrow & then direct to Mykonos) Flying from Mexico If you’re flying into London, there are direct flights from London to Mykonos. Flying from California British Airways seems to have the best options which connect through London Heathrow. We have also seen some good options that combine Aegean Air and Norwegian Air.
