Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Yes! Shuttles will leave HomeWood Suites in Andover at 3:30pm. Please let us know if you will be utilizing the shuttle service!

How far is HomeWood Suites from Searles Castle?

12 miles. About a 15-20 minute drive!

Question

Can we drive our cars to the venue and take the shuttle back to the hotel?

Answer

Absolutely! As long is you get your car from Searles by 11:00am on Saturday.

Is there early check-in at the hotel?

Please call the hotel the morning of check-in to ask about availability.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 p.m.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at Searles Castle, and even a small shuttle to bring you up to the venue. If you decide to drive and leave your car overnight, please remove it from the lot by 11:00am on Saturday.
