How did you know we were dreaming of those crystal champagne flutes?! They’re by far the most beautiful glasses in our home and we’ve never felt fancier. You’ll have to come over soon so we can toast to you! So excited to see you in June.

Michael & Nicole

Nicole and Michael first met in the Spring of 2014 at the University of Pennsylvania when they took a political science seminar together.  They remained friends throughout their time at Penn and in the Spring of 2016, Michael finally asked Nicole out on a date (to attend his fraternity's formal -- see picture above!). 

Nicole and Michael had no plans to officially date since they were about to graduate in May of 2016.  However, the world had other plans as both Nicole and Michael were accepted to Duke Law School and were set to start in the Fall of 2016. 

Once they arrived at Duke, Nicole and Michael realized that, unbeknownst to them, they had chosen to live in the same apartment building in Durham, NC and they were placed in the same section for their 1L year. 

Nicole and Michael became boyfriend and girlfriend in January of 2017 and the rest is history!

Michael proposed on February 4, 2023 in Fort Lauderdale, FL alongside his and Nicole's families and Kiwi the pup!
