Nicole Sparks and Marshall Tolson met in 2010 in the 7th grade at Edison Preparatory Middle School. Fast forward to 8th grade--Marshall got down on one knee, cake in hand, to ask the question that every 14-year-old girl dreams of: "Will you go to the 8th grade formal with me?" We know what you're thinking, the rest is history! But you would be wrong. Nicole only wanted to be friends with Marshall and refused to dance with him. Here began the three-year game of cat and mouse. Entering their sophomore year of high school, the Tolson's moved to Pawhuska. Sure, they talked here and there, but when it came time for college, Nicole moved to Stillwater, Oklahoma to attend Oklahoma State University. Marshall on the other hand, was offered a football scholarship at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. Even though they had 50 miles between them, the spark was still there (pun intended). Spring Break of 2017, the two reconnected in Destin, Florida and began the love story that led us here. It is safe to say that Nicole and Marshall were predestined to be together, they spent years apart, but always found their way back to one another. Now, the two live in Oklahoma City selling semi trucks and booze, the way it was always supposed to be.
