We recommend dressing more casual for the ceremony (garden attire) and changing into black-tie preferred attire for the reception.
Both the ceremony and reception have large parking lots that can accommodate everyone should you choose to drive. Should you have one too many at the reception, cars are allowed to stay overnight.
Yes! Transporation will be provided from The Logan Inn and New Hope Inn and Suites. The first bus from New Hope Inn and Suites will depart at 4:30 and come back for a second trip at around 4:45. The Logan Inn will only have one shuttle which will pick up guests at 4:45.
There will be no transportation provided for guests to the ceremony.
Since most of your crazy kids said yes to continuing the party, we will definitely get you there safely! Please bear with me on the logistics... For those staying at New Hope Inn and Suites/anyone else that will attend the after party - the first bus will leave Hotel Du Village at 10pm. It will first drop people off at New Hope Inn and Suites. For guests that will be coming to the after party, but staying at New Hope Inn and Suites, we suggest taking this first bus, getting off at your hotel, and changing. The bus will then continue on and drop people off at Fran's for the after party. Then, the bus will go back to Hotel Du Village to pick up the rest of the guests and do the same trip over again. So, anyone at New Hope Inn that decided to change can hop back on the next bus and continue on to the after party. For those staying at Hotel Du Village - we suggest changing after the reception and catching the second bus (around 10:15pm) to the after party. For those staying at The Logan Inn - the shuttle back to your hotel (which is walking distance from the after party location) will pick you up from Hotel Du Village at 10pm. We suggest going back to your rooms, getting into something more comfortable, and walking down to Fran's Pub.
