For our welcome dinner, the dress code will be smart casual. For the ceremony and reception, we invite you to dress to the nines with a black tie preferred dress code.
While we adore your little ones, we have strict headcount limitations at our reception venue and ask that you make this a date night!
We have room blocks available at the Grand Bohemian Hotel and Marriott City Center. Please follow the links available under the Travel tab for our room block discounts.
Yes, we will be providing bus transportation to and from the ceremony. The buses will depart from the Grand Bohemian Hotel at 1:15 p.m. and will return everyone to the Grand Bohemian Hotel after the ceremony. From there, it is just a short walk from our recommended hotels to the Foundation for the Carolinas for cocktail hour and the reception.
We know many of our guests will be traveling from outside of North Carolina (or even outside the US) and hope that you will not feel the need to book a rental car for the weekend. For those with vehicles, parking is available at St. Gabriel for the ceremony, but no parking will be available at the reception venue. We ask that you enjoy yourself at the reception and either walk or Uber to and from your hotel to Foundation for the Carolinas!
