Question
When do we need to RSVP by?
Answer
Formal invitations with additional details will be sent out in the coming months, but we will be asking that all invited guests RSVP by August 1, 2023 to allow us to finalize the headcount ahead of time. Please RSVP on our website on the "RSVP" tab.
Question
When should we plan to arrive in San Jose del Cabo?
Answer
We will be hosting a Welcome Reception at the Cabo Azul Resort on Thursday, November 9th at 7:00 PM for everyone to join us in kicking off the weekend, but we completely understand if that isn't feasible for all of our guests. The wedding ceremony will start at 4:30 PM on Friday, November 10th and we will have shuttles leaving the Cabo Azul Resort at 3:50 PM, so we'd say please try to arrive by mid-day on Friday, November 10th.

How will we get to and from Flora Farms?
Answer
We will have transportation available for all guests staying at the Cabo Azul Resort. The shuttles will leave 1-2 hours before the ceremony and will also leave periodically throughout the evening to bring guests back to the hotel. The reception at Flora Farms will end at 11:00 PM.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, so we ask that our guests please wear semi-formal attire that you will be comfortable in outside - please also keep this in mind when choosing your footwear. We encourage lots of color, breezy dresses, linen suits, etc. Whatever makes you most comfortable and will allow you to enjoy yourself all night long!

Are kids welcome?

While we love all of your kids, we kindly request that this be an adults-only ceremony and reception. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Yes! Please feel free to bring a plus one if your Save the Date or Invitation included "and Guest". You'll be able to add guest details when you RSVP on our RSVP tab.

What type of food will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
We'll be serving passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a seated appetizer, a farm fresh salad course, a family-style main course (fish and chicken) with all of the sides, and a dessert table. We will have vegetarian and gluten-free options available as well.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, there will be an open bar with various different cocktail, beer and wine selections available, as well as non-alcoholic options.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
November in San Jose del Cabo is known to be a warm, dry month. Temperatures typically range from 18-30 degrees celsius / 65-85 degrees fahrenheit. Sunrise is usually around 6:30 AM and sunset is usually around 5:30 PM, with lower temperatures being at night.

Can I swim in the ocean in front of the resort?
Answer
Unfortunately, it is advised not to swim in the ocean in front of the Cabo Azul resort due to strong undercurrents. However, there are other swimmable beaches close by and the hotel can assist in getting you there!
