fillet mignon: center cut beef tenderloin accompanied with a house made red wine demi glaze

chicken bianco: chicken breast topped with roasted cherry tomatoes finished with a cream sauce

chicken marsala: roasted chicken served with our traditional mushroom marsala wine reduction

eggplant parmesan: layers of crispy eggplant slices baked in our homemade marinara sauce
