It all started at Jericho High School where Nicole and Frank were both starting their first day together. They would get to know one another in the work room. Frank and his dad dropped Nicole off at the airport after school one time which led Frank's dad to ask Frank, "Do you 'like' that girl?" At the time, Frank wasn't so sure, but after spending countless hours after school in the work room together, sharing snacks from Frank's ever growing snack drawer, and dressing up as 'Pumpkin Pi' for Halloween, the connection was getting stronger by the day. After Frank's last day of work at Jericho, Nicole invited Frank to a New Year's Eve Party. Frank already had plans for another party with his friends but after talking with his sister, Giavanna, he decided to buy a ticket to attend a party where the only person he would know is Nicole. Frank told his friends at the train station he wasn't going with them and that turned out to be the right decision. It would take until counting down to New Years Mountain Time for Frank to finally kiss her, but from there the rest is history.
