We are closely monitoring the ever-changing situation with the COVID pandemic. We are requiring all of our guests to be fully vaccinated in order to protect the health and safety of our immunocompromised family members. If you are not fully vaccinated, we look forward to celebrating with you at another time.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.
Our ceremony and reception are both taking place at Malibu West Beach Club. The ceremony and cocktail hour will both take place outside on the patio. The reception will be held inside the beach club.
There will be a shuttle to transport guests to and from Malibu West Beach Club. Shuttles will pick guests up at the Westlake Village Inn at 3:45 and take them to Malibu West Beach Club. Please plan accordingly as there is only one shuttle running before the ceremony. At the conclusion of the reception, we will have two shuttles transporting guests back to the Westlake Village Inn. One shuttle will depart Malibu West Beach Club at 10:00 pm. The final shuttle will depart Malibu West Beach Club at 11:00 pm.
While valet parking will be provided at the venue, we strongly encourage our guests to either utilize our shuttle or designate a driver. This will allow you to enjoy all of the festivities! If you are planning on utilizing the valet service, please let us know so our valet company can plan accordingly.
Malibu West Beach Club is located deep in Malibu county and tucked away along the PCH. Rideshares like Uber and Lyft will be hard to order from the venue at the end of the night. If you are wanting to use a rideshare service, we recommend taking the shuttle back to the hotel and ordering your Uber or Lyft from there.
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
