Our love story starts at Coachella in 2017, where we met under the desert sun. Though sparks didn't ignite immediately, our friendship blossomed in San Francisco, courtesy of our mutual friends. Kevin's boldness in taking the first step paved the way for our journey as a couple. Early days were filled with laughter and unexpected twists, like Kevin's accidental reservation at a 3-star Michelin restaurant for our first date. The subsequent year was a flurry of adventures, from the vibrant streets of New Orleans to the peaceful paths of Yosemite. Throughout 2019, we cherished moments with friends, indulging in fine cuisine, dancing at music festivals, and exploring the world together. Then came 2020, a year of unforeseen challenges. Amidst a global pandemic, we found joy in simple pleasures—cooking together, binge-watching Korean dramas, and rediscovering the joy of being in nature. Our time isolated in Hawaii amidst the chaos solidified our bond, marking a milestone as we began living together. As the world cautiously reopened in 2021, we seized moments of happiness, cherishing small trips with our friends and reuniting with loved ones. Nicole's move into Kevin’s Hayes Valley apartment marked a significant milestone in our relationship. In 2022, we embraced change and expansion, immersing ourselves in a month-long stay overseas in Korea and making the exciting decision to move to New York City. In 2023, amidst exploring Brooklyn's music scene and Manhattan's culinary delights, Kevin surprised Nicole with a trip to Niagara Falls where he proposed. Living in New York City introduced us to new friendships, experiences, and obstacles to overcome. As our wedding day approaches, we reflect on our shared laughter, tears, and triumphs, grateful for the love that strengthens each day. With eager anticipation, we embark on the next chapter of our extraordinary journey, united in our belief that together, we can conquer anything.
