The same day as a Kerbey Lane breakfast date (where we pretended it was not a date, but it was a date), we decided that we were being silly by not admitting our feelings, and became a couple. Our first outing as a couple was on a field trip to Six Flags, and our lives have been a joyful roller coaster ride ever since.

After two previous plans not coming to fruition, Nick decided to spontaneously propose right next to Lake Granby in Colorado on a road trip home from Utah. He dropped the ring, but Britt thought it was perfect. Phone calls ensued with parents pretending like they did not see this coming and friends screaming from excitement. Nick and Britt then proceeded to let it sink in, thinking "well, now what?"
