WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Answer
You must RSVP by August 30th to "Welcome Dinner" & "Ceremony & Reception". The earlier the better!

HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE?
Answer
The only way to get to the venue is by car. If you plan on arriving at the Charlotte or Asheville airport, both have car rentals available.

CAN I BRING A DATE?
Answer
Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate those that are listed on your formal invitation.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?
Answer
We expect 60-75F during the day and 40-55F at night. Please check Lenoir NC weather prior to your travel. Arrangements for bad weather have been prepared on-location.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We are requesting beach attire for the Welcome Dinner & semi-formal attire for Ceremony & Reception.

IS THERE CELL PHONE SERVICE/WIFI AT THE VENUE?
Answer
There is no cell phone service but WiFi is available.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Answer
Pack your swimsuit! There are hot tubs on-site if cold weather prohibits beach activities. In addition to the shoes you plan to wear for the ceremony and reception, please bring a pair of sandals, flats, or anything comfortable on sand. Feel free to bring your own food and drinks as there are fridges onsite.

WILL THERE BE FOOD? CAKE? DRINKS?

Yes, yes, and yes! Both Friday & Saturday dinners will be self-served and you will have options to choose from. There will be desserts and an open bar for both nights as well.

WILL THERE BE VEGAN/GLUTEN FREE/VEGETARIAN OPTIONS AVAILABLE?
Answer
Yes, but options will be limited. Please list your dietary restrictions on your RSVPs & we will try our best to accommodate.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Answer
Yes! There is a $25 fee. Please let us know if you plan to bring your fur baby.
