Shuttle Service

We recognize that it will be a bit of an adventure for you to come celebrate with us in the woods. We will have shuttles running to and from these hotels and resorts to our cabin wedding venue. We will be transporting guests from these lodgings to the ceremony and back during and following the reception. We will have limited parking space at the cabin, so we highly encourage you to leave your vehicle behind. Plus... then you can party harder :)

Birch Harbor Resort

Birch Harbor Resort has 9 cabins for our wedding guests to stay in! Located on Lower Bottle Lake, this resort is just down the shoreline from the wedding. There are two and three bedroom cabins available to reserve. You may also bring your own boat or rent one for the day! But please know that you will not be able to park the boat at the Schneeman family cabin due to limited dock space. As noted, transportation will be provided to and from the wedding. Birch Harbor requires a two night stay and a deposit. Rates vary from $318-412 for two nights depending on cabin size. Call for availability and be sure to mention the 'Schneeman Wedding' to reserve your spot!

Whippoorwill Resort

**TWO CABINS NOW AVAILABLE** Whippoorwill Resort has 6 cabins for our wedding guests to stay in! It is located on Upper Bottle Lake, which connects to Lower Bottle. There are two and three bedroom cabins available to reserve. You may also bring your own boat or rent one for the day! But please know that you will not be able to park the boat at the Schneeman family cabin due to limited dock space. As noted, transportation will be provided to and from the wedding. Whippoorwill requires a two night stay and a deposit. Rates vary from $125-160/night depending on cabin size.

C'mon Inn

C'mon Inn has king and double queen rooms available for our guests. Prices average $180/night. It is located in town (Park Rapids), approximately 15 minutes from our venue. As noted above, transportation will be provided to and from the wedding. Amenities include a pool, jacuzzi, large indoor courtyard with a woodsy theme, and a hot breakfast. This hotel is pet-friendly.

AmericInn has king and double queen rooms available for our guests. Prices average $159-179/night with a two night minimum. It is located in town (Park Rapids), approximately 15 minutes from our venue. As noted above, transportation will be provided to and from the wedding. Amenities include a pool, jacuzzi, and a hot breakfast. This hotel is pet-friendly.
