Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA)

If you are planning to travel by plane, we suggest that you fly in to our local airport. XNA is located in Bentonville, Arkansas approximately 22 minutes from Springdale and 27 minutes from the wedding venue in Bella Vista. Allegiant Airlines offers very affordable, nonstop flights to XNA from select locations. We highly suggest that you look into these flights for huge savings!

This hotel is especially lovely! It features an indoor pool, free hot breakfast and is located approximately 5 minutes from our home in Springdale and 30 miles (36 minutes) from our venue in Bella Vista, Arkansas. Located directly behind Jimmy John's and Starbucks and yards away from Taco Bell and Braum's Ice Cream. A total of 10 rooms have been blocked for our wedding. Each room is a double queen and is priced especially for our guests at $87 per night plus tax. Call the hotel and mention that you are a part of the Carlson/Novak Wedding for the special pricing. Rooms are reserved August 21st with check out the morning of August 24th. ***Cut off date for securing our Wedding Price is July 25th, 2019. Please book your room by this date.***

Booneslick Lodge

This simple hotel option is located approximately 5 miles from our venue and is approximately 27 miles from our home in Springdale. This hotel did not offer the option to "block off" rooms, but I was able to secure a rate of $62 per night plus tax. Call the hotel and reference that you are booking a room for the Carlson/Novak Wedding. Located next to a Walmart Supercenter, McDonalds, and Taco Bell.
