Will the ceremony be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be inside followed by a 90 minute cocktail hour that will have both indoor and outdoor options for our guests to mingle.

What should I wear?

Answer

We are encouraging our guests to dress in semi-formal attire. There will be both indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy at our wedding so please dress accordingly.

Will there be shuttles provided?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding for guests staying at the Country Inn & Suites in Chanhassen. See below for the shuttle schedule.

What is the Shuttle Schedule?

Answer

AFTERNOON SHUTTLES from The Country inn & Suites to Bavaria Downs - 3:00 1st Shuttle will Leave from Country inn & Suites for Bavaria & arrive at 3:20pm - 3:35 2nd shuttle will leave Country inn & Suites for Bavaria Downs & arrive at 3:50pm EVENING SHUTTLES from Bavaria Downs to The Country inn & Suites beginning at 8:45pm shuttles will run as needed back to the Hotel until 12:15pm Please reach out to Casey directly with questions.

Will there be onsite parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is complementary valet parking onsite at Bavaria Downs.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to the size of our wedding guest list, we are tight on space and cannot give everyone a plus-one. Unless it is specifically called out on your invitation we kindly request that you do not bring a plus-one. Feel free to reach out to Casey or Nick directly with specific questions or concerns.

Are my children invited?

Answer

Due to the size of our wedding guest list, we are tight on space and cannot invite all of your little ones. Unless their names are specially called out on your invite, we kindly request that you leave them with a sitter on the night of our wedding and enjoy a parents night-out! Where should we grab a bite to eat and drink before the ceremony?

Answer

There are plenty of great local spots to grab food and drinks before the wedding festivities get under way - The Tequila Butcher (walking distance from the hotel) - Chanhassen Brewery (walking distance from the hotel) - Schram Winery in Victoria, MN - Schram Brewing Co. in Chaska, MN

Why didn't I receive a "Save the Date"?

Answer

Because we didn't send them out! We decided to skip "Save the Date" cards. Please don't think we forgot about you!
