Is this kid friendly?
Answer
Heck yes! We have 7 between the two of us so bring on the family fun! We just ask that you be mindful during the ceremony to keep distractions to a minimum.

What is the RSVP situation?
Answer
Please try to RSVP by July 1st if you can! You can RSVP directly to Nichole or using the RSVP card in your wedding invitation.

Where is the ceremony? reception?
Answer
The ceremony and reception are both at the Barn at Chesnut Springs! 1984 Chesnut Spring Way in Sevierville, TN.

Will there be a shuttle?

Not at this time because people are staying so spread out!

What should I wear?
Answer
The wedding will be summer cocktail! The other wedding weekend events feel free to wear whatever you are most comfortable in.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
In early September we expect things to be in the 80's during the day and cooler in the evenings due to the mountain elevation. The ceremony will be outside but the barn where the dinner/dancing is has air/heating.

Where do we park?
Answer
There is PLENTY of parking at the Barn. In fact you will know when you arrive because there is a big brochure company parking lot right at the entrance. We are allowed to park anywhere in that lot along with the gravel lot surrounding the venue. Someone from the venue will be out directing parking and telling you where to go as well.

What time should we arrive?
Answer
We are taking some photos prior to the 5pm ceremony start time and don't want y'all to get a sneak peek :), so please try to arrive between 4:20 and 4:45pm to get seated.

What happens between the ceremony and reception?
Answer
We will have some photos taken between the ceremony and reception and invite guests inside the barn/on the patio for a cocktail hour with snacks and drinks. We don't expect the photos to take more than 30-40 minutes so we will join in the fun shortly!

What time is dinner? What time is the reception over?
Answer
We are planning on eating around 6:30pm, followed by toasts, cake, a group photo, and LOTS of dancing. We hope you join us for the full fun and plan on having the bar/dance floor open until 10pm.
