Lauren and Kerry met at the University of Minnesota during their time spent on the Equestrian team together. Lauren followed Kerry as captain of the MN EQ western team and they both still enjoy trail riding and showing together whenever they can.

Samantha and Kerry met during their first day of kindergarten at Dickinson Elementary. They were best friends in elementary school and even though they went to different high schools and went on to separate universities, they remained close friends.
Melissa Lund

Kerry and Melissa met as freshman on the Minnesota Equestrian team. They were both very involved and each became captains; Kerry of the western team and Melissa of the hunt team. Kerry and Mel were also roommates their junior and senior years at the University of Minnesota.
Alexis Kilpatrick

Alexis is Kerry's future sister-in-law and older sister of the groom as well as the wife of Travis Kilpatrick (groomsman).

Thomas is the brother of the groom. They both share a love of golfing, soccer and cars.
Ben Royce

Nicholas and Ben met playing RAAA Soccer nearly 20 years ago. They then went onto to play for The University of Wisconsin - Superior soccer team together and were roommates as well.
