Welcome Event

4:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Attire is Casual

Please join Nick and Ashley for a welcome cocktail party on Sunday February 11th. Richie's Restaurant is located about a 5 minutes drive from the Wyndham Hotel. Round trip transportation will be provided. The buses will depart the Wyndham Hotel at 4:15 pm, please be down at the El Yunque Foyer (past the casino and gift shop) by 4:00 to get on the buses. There will be an open bar with appetizers served from 4:30 until 7 pm. The Super Bowl starts at 7:30 pm, Nick and Ashley will be staying at this bar to watch the game and have some dinner and welcome all of our guests to do the same. Richie's will have two TVs behind the bar as well as a full projector with the game playing. We will be providing transportation back to the hotel at two time options. The 1st bus will depart the bar to go back to the Wyndham at 7:15 pm. The 2nd bus will depart Richies at 11:30 pm after the Superbowl. To anyone who has children coming with them to PR, children are welcome at the welcome cocktail party.

Wedding

4:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Cocktail Attire.

The wedding ceremony will start at 4:30 with a cocktail hour and reception immediately to follow. The wedding venue is located in El Yunque and is about a 15 minute drive from the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Hotel. Transportation will be provided to and from the venue from the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Hotel. Please note there are also Ubers available, but as this venue is located in El Yunque, we do not recommend anyone drive themselves. Buses will depart the Wyndham hotel at 3:45 pm, please be at the El Yunque Foyer (past the casino and gift shop) by 3:30 pm for departure. Buses will pick guests up at the venue at 11:30 pm to return to the Wyndham Hotel. Please note the ceremony will take place on grass and there are cobblestone and stairs to navigate, so please keep this in mind in terms of footwear.

Post Wedding Pool Party

11:00 am - 5:00 pm

Come relax with us at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar pool the day after the wedding. This is not a formal event and does not have a formal start time so please feel free to sleep in or make your own plans, we just want to alert our guests of our plans to enjoy the hotel pool to recover post wedding festivities.
