Cocktail Casual Attire
The Welcome Event is the official kickoff to Morgan and Nic's wedding weekend! The event will be at the McCord's family restaurant, the Downtown Grill and Brewery, in the heart of Knoxville. It is across the street from the suggested hotels and the area is very walkable and safe. Afterwards, guests are invited to explore Knoxville nightlife as there will be many fun bars and family friendly places nearby in Market Square and the Old City. The Welcome Event is cocktail casual attire. We can't wait to get this party started with y'all!

Casual Attire
We're going a bit nontraditional and expanding our rehearsal dinner to include all of our guests for a BBQ! The menu will feature local BBQ along with the McCord's famous BBQ sauce and other Alaskan and Tennessean wild game and/or fish hunted or caught by Morgan, Nic, friends and family. The dinner will have a live bluegrass band and there will be many family friendly activities. The dinner will be at the McCord Farms lake picnic area. Transportation will be provided to the farm from the downtown Knoxville meeting area. To make things fun, we're asking guests to wear boots to the BBQ! It's no secret Morgan and Nic prefer to spend time in the outdoors doing what they love either fishing or riding horses, so show your support and wear your best boots! Although you may wear whichever you may choose, we suggest rocking fishing boots if you're on the groom's side and cowgirl boots if you're on the bride side - hats encouraged, too! The BBQ will be casual attire and kid-friendly.

Black Tie Attire
The Ceremony will be outside by the lake in front of the colorful Smoky Mountains atop Morgan's favorite horse pasture. It will be outside in the nice, fall Tennessee air. If it is chilly, heaters will be provided. Grasswalkers, plastic strips that adhere to the bottom of shoes, will be provided so high heels will not sink into the ground. These will not damage any shoes. Transportation will be provided to the McCord Farm for the Ceremony from the designated meeting spot in Knoxville. The ceremony will be black tie attire.

Black Tie Attire
After the ceremony, guests will enjoy a lovely cocktail hour before heading into the grand tent for the reception. Guests can expect fabulous cuisine and dancing the night away! Transportation will be provided from the farm back to the designated meeting area in Knoxville. We strongly encourage guests to take the provided transportation this night.
