LOCATION & ADDRESS: Although only a five-minute walk between the Inn and Bay Pointe Woods they do have separate addresses so be sure to enter the correct address dependent on where you plan to arrive. Inn Address: 11456 Marsh Road, Shelbyville, MI 49344 (For Hotel & Cottage check-in, Lakefront Pavilion, BoatHouse Villa, Fireside Room, Waterfront Room, and Bay Pointe Bar & Grille) Bay Pointe Woods Address: 5100 Oarie Drive, Shelbyville, MI 49344 (For Woods Ballroom (Laurel & Sycamore), and Cottage Buildings) TERMS & CONDITIONS: -No food prepared and served by Bay Pointe is permitted to leave the premises or be taken to-go for a it is a violation of health code. -Bay Pointe reserves the right to make equal or similar food/beverage substitutions without notice based on supply chain availability at the time of ordering. -No outside alcoholic beverages or food (except pre-approved specialty desserts) are permitted in your function space. -Any bar/event charges to be tallied that day/evening (if applicable), will not be included in the above amounts until after the completion of the event. -Any additional items added day of will be charged to the card on file the next business day. -All final counts are due 21 days in advance and cannot be reduced once given. -Service fee is applied to all food/beverage charges. -Michigan sales tax is applied to all sub-total charges. -Lodging resort fee is applied to all lodging room(s), BoatHouse Villa, and cottage unit(s) sub-total charges Note: fees and taxes are subject to change at any time.

Bay Point Inn/Cottages

To reserve a room with your reserved block of rooms or cottages. If you are to reserve a hotel room you will be staying in the Inn across the road from the venue, which is about a 5 minute walk. If you are to reserve a cottage they are located surrounding the venue and house 6-8 people.
