Best Man
Dillan has been the groom's best bud, adventure buddy, and fellow LEGO aficionado since day 1. Those two knuckleheads have been inseparable since birth and are known to come up with the strangest voices and the funniest stories. When they're together it's nothing but laughs. They may not see each other for months at a time, but when they reunite it's like no time has passed.
Matron of Honor
Katelin was one of the bride's first friends at PLNU. Time shared during choir tours, kinesiology classes, late-night shenanigans, dorm living, adventures abroad in Europe, Katelin's journey to her own marriage, and endless coffee dates has solidified the bond between these ladies. As someone who is always open to a great discussion about life, faith, the human anatomy, or love, Katelin is a treasured friend who the bride is honored to know and love.
Groomsman
Luke and the groom have known each other since they were ten years old. While they share a love for surfing and music they could not be more different! Yet they still are great friends to this day. Josh likes indie rock, hard rock/nu metal and jazz; Luke likes thrash metal, country, and punk; Josh loves street bikes; Luke loves dirt bikes. Two polar opposites, but they wouldn't have it any other way.
Bridesmaid
Suzie has known the bride since junior high and is known for her loyal nature, great listening and advice, organizational skills, and hard-working demeanor. She has shared many activities and special moments with the bride, including participating in ASB, leading as captains of their high school soccer team, living together in college, and celebrating the wedding of Suzie and her husband, Griffin, in 2019. Her steady friendship through life's trials has been such a blessing and Amara is so thankful to have Suzie by her side as she enters this new adventure of married life.
Groomsman
Josh has known the groom since their freshman year of college and they have been best friends ever since. Their relationship really flourished as they started spending more time together sophomore year, working on music and getting through the music major. Throughout the entirety of summer '22 through the first semester of senior year, they recorded Josh Urich's debut album together. After finishing that first single on the album in the summer of '22 they developed a solid business relationship on top of their friendship. Josh Goode is an amazing mix engineer, a great friend, and an extremely goofy goober.
Bridesmaid
Ashlyn and the bride became friends in their junior high church small group and have lived many adventures together since then. From swapping backpacking stories, to Hendricks BBQs, to late night swimming Sunset Cliffs, to living together in Young Hall, and, more recently, sharing time with Ashlyn's husband and beautiful baby boy, these ladies have done a lot of life together. As one of the world's best huggers and someone who is always willing to throw it back on the dance floor, Ashlyn has a special place in the bride's heart.
Groomsman
Nick is the brother of the groom. They have known each other since Nick was born... They love jamming out to Last Dinosaurs and Logic, and sending each other funny videos. Nick always helps the groom with maintenance and care for his motorcycle and car and the groom shares new songs and insights into the world of music. They each have a lot to offer each other with their different experiences, passions, and skillsets.
Bridesmaid
Jenna and the bride became good friends after a serendipitous conversation on a Hendricks stairwell leading them to becoming roommates during their freshman year at PLNU. Jenna is a brilliant woman (she's on her way to becoming a doctor), she is always down for a dance party, and she knows how to cherish and support her friends. The bride and Jenna treasure their chicken dates and long conversations catching up on life and faith.
Groomsman
CJ has also known the groom since their freshman year of college. They shared a dorm building and similar hobbies which led to them hanging out more. As life began to get tougher and storms would blow through their lives, they bonded together and have been an ear to listen and a shoulder to lean on for each other. They share a love for good music, surfing, caring for people, motorcycles, and Call of Duty Zombies. CJ's infectious laugh and good nature will light up any room. CJ is a gem of a human being and a cherished member of the groom's party.
Groomsman
Trevor met the groom freshman year of college too. Their friend groups so intermingled from time to time but they did not start to spend consistent time together until late sophomore/early junior year of college. Trevor's love for surfing, music, and photography blended perfectly with the groom's interests and activities, and they found many opportunities to hang out and collaborate. Fun fact: Trevor took the pictures for the single, "Cure My Memory", the album "I Wonder If They Like Me" by Josh Urich, and Josh's proposal to Amara at Cabrillo National Monument. The groom and Trevor have bonded over their love for good music, good hangs, and the great outdoors.
Groomsman
Ethan met the groom in their freshman year of college. They shared a dorm building that year but did not start to become close friends until sophomore year when they shared an apartment together. Ethan started to get into surfing and the two spent a ton of time carpooling to Blacks and Sunset Cliffs to surf really amazing, empty waves during the 2020 COVID year. They bonded over their shared Catholic faith, love for Call of Duty, as well as similar tastes in music. The two love cracking funny (and at times quite inappropriate) jokes.
