Are kids welcome?

Secrets Akumal is an adult only resort. We love kids, but we've decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. We hope you understand and can still join us for this special day.

Am I required to book with the designated travel agent?

Will airport transfers be provided?

Answer

Yes, airport transfers from Cancun International Airport (CUN) to and from the hotel are included for our guests. If you do not book your flight with the travel agent, please provide them with your flight details so we can coordinate the transfers. Looking forward to having you join us!

Can I stay at another hotel?

All of our wedding guest accommodations must be made at the designated hotel during the wedding festivities. We hope you understand!

When is the last day for booking rooms within the block?

Answer

Our room block ends on December 16, 2024. Please make sure to book your accommodations before then to secure a room and take advantage of the special rate. Once the room block ends, guests will no longer be able to book with the special rate and rooms are subject to availability.
