Can the kids come?

Answer

We are having a family friendly ceremony followed by an adult reception. That being said, the local company, Nanny Care R Us, the Facebook group, Babysitters Club of Philadelphia, or sittercity.com have sitter options for the reception at night. Kendal may also have a few recommendations if you email early!

What’s your sign?

Answer

Kyle is a Scorpio and Kendal is an Aries. Weirdly, we’re both Cancer risings and Pisces moons. Kendal thinks this is a sign.

What are parking options?

Answer

The Ritz Carlton has valet parking for $60 for the night. There are multiple parking garages in the area as well, but the most affordable option we know is the Gateway Parking Garage on Vine Street. It is a ten minute walk from the venue, but is $10 a day on the weekends. There is no parking at the ceremony site.

What’s indoors and what’s outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail, and reception will be completely indoors. However, there is a short outdoor walk from ceremony to reception. If you tend to get chilly like Kendal, feel free to bring a jacket or shawl. There is a coat check at the reception.

What should we do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is some time between the ceremony and reception. Feel free to use this time to explore the neighborhood, freshen up in your hotel room, or go grab a cocktail at Aqimero in the lobby of the Ritz Carlton.

What should I wear?

Answer

Look good - feel good! The reception will be black tie optional. Ladies wear your formal wear, and gents, feel free to wear suits or tuxedos. Footwear should be dance floor approved.

What if I have a food sensitivity?

We are having surf and turf for dinner. If you have a known sensitivity or restriction, send us an email so we can accommodate you ahead of time.
