We would love to celebrate with you and your children, however, we ask that children under the age of 4 do not attend the ceremony, on the deck. They are welcome to remain inside Paradise Hall during the ceremony with a parent, and we welcome all children at the reception. If you do plan on bringing your children, please make sure you have a kid-friendly room, and please update your RSVP at Neilandashley.com with the names of your children to ensure that they are on the guest list.
All rooms are fully booked at Quinn’s, so if you have not yet made a reservation, you can still call the Glacier Crossroads in Plains at (406) 826-3623.
If they are on your RSVP, then yes, but if not, we will no be able to accommodate. If anything changes, please contact us directly, as we are at capacity.
The recommended hotel is on-site. If you are traveling from Missoula or Kalispell, you will need a rental car.
Please arrive at Quinn’s by 4pm to check into your rooms so you can be at Paradise Hall by 5:00 to catch up with friends, and to get seated, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30.
Quinn's offers all meals on site at their delicious restaurant, however, most rooms are equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge if you would like to bring and store your own snacks. The nearest grocery store is in Plains, MT, just 11 miles down the road.
NO!!! Which is a major bonus, and one of the many reasons why we booked this location. There is wi-fi available in the main lodge if connection is necessary. Be sure to download any movies/shows that you or your little ones may want to watch prior to your arrival.
QUINN'S CANCELLATION POLICY: We require the equivalent of a one night stay deposit at the time of booking. Rooms have a seven day cancellation policy. If needed, please cancel seven days prior to your reservation date for a refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. All rooms cancelled within 7 days prior to your stay are non-refundable. Group bookings have an extended cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made by calling 406-826-3150 ext. 1.
