Neel and Trisha met NYE 2018 at Trisha's cousin's apartment in downtown Chicago. At that time her cousin was dating Neel's best friend and best man (fun fact, they are also getting married in 2025!) They wanted us to meet, so what better time then a blind date on NYE. Fast forward to midnight, and Trisha looked away while everyone else had their New Year's kiss (Neel is still upset about this and brings it up every NYE). He promises to get her back one of these days.

January 2019, we decided to go on our first date to an Indian restaurant per Neel's request (the true FOB he is). The conversation never ended, and we planned our second date right then and there. The multiple dates lead into February when Neel decided to make things official. February 10th, 2019 was the start to forever. The story gets really exciting as we started our dating adventure spending half our time in Milwaukee as Trisha was finishing up undergrad at Marquette and half their time in Chicago. Shortly after we started dating, Trisha got into Marquette's PT program and she was going to be in Milwaukee for another 3 years (poor Neel and all the premium gas money he would have to spend). Between weekends in Milwaukee and weekends spent at home, we enjoyed every second we spent together. We grew love for breweries, coffee shops, and traveling. We have been to 7 states together and our list just keeps growing. We experienced many milestones together; from first jobs, graduating college, graduating PT school, and moving in together, it was finally time for our happy ending. September 30th, 2023 Neel proposed to Trisha on an intimate beach in Milwaukee. We celebrated our start to forever with our families and now can't wait to celebrate the wedding festivities with the rest of our families and friends!
