5:00 pm - 10:30 pm
This event will include traditional Indian music and dancing—Garba and Mehndi (henna), a typical folk dance with circular, rhythmic steps, and Raas, a dance involving festive sticks (which we will provide) called dandiyas. The steps are easy to learn and everyone is encouraged to participate! Dinner will be provided.
8:00 am - 2:00 pm
Several religious ceremonies will occur between 8am-2pm, including a pithi ceremony where you can see Neel get covered in haldi (yellow turmeric)! Lunch will be provided after the ceramony.
8:30 am - 1:00 pm
Several religious ceremonies will occur between 8:30am-1pm, including a pithi ceremony where you can see Shivani get covered in haldi (yellow turmeric)! Lunch will be provided.
5:30 pm - 11:59 pm
Cocktail hour followed by ceremony. Come ready to dance the night away!
9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Baraat will begin at 9 am followed by the ceremony at 10 am. We kindly request all bride-side guests arrive 15 minutes earlier and be seated as the groom-side arrives.
