August 2023 - while Neal was visiting Joy in Texas, we went to the North Texas Fair & Rodeo. We got to see Scotty McCreery in concert and enjoyed a good rodeo!

August 2023 - while Neal was visiting Joy in Texas, Kimberly's husband, Kurt, arranged for us to tour Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant. We both loved it!

June 2023 - when we finished the weekend Merge class, we went to Billy Bob's in Fort Worth for a night of music and dancing. So much fun!

June 2023 - while Neal was visiting Joy in Texas, we rented a motorcycle and cruised around North Texas. This was during a break at Lake Ray Roberts, where we walked around to stretch and rest.

April/May 2023 - Joy visited Neal in Iowa. One of our friends sweetly thought to snap this picture for us!

April/May 2023 - We were able to spend time together on Joy's birthday. That night we went dancing and had a great time!

March 2023 - Neal visited Joy in Texas and one night we went hog hunting!

February 2023 - Joy's first visit to Iowa was the weekend after Valentine's Day. That weekend Neal's church had a Sweetheart Banquet, which was fun!

February 2023 - Joy visited Neal in Iowa for the first time. He arranged an ice fishing trip, which Joy loved! We didn't catch anything, but spending time together was sweet and fun.

November 2022 - after talking for a couple of month, Neal arranged his first visit to come see Joy in Texas. We were able to tour the Texas Motor Speedway, which we both enjoyed! (our 1st photo)
