We have room blocks reserved at the Mohican Lodge and Conference Center for Friday and Saturday night! Call the reservation line at 1-800-AT-A-PARK (800-282-7275) to reserve a room under the Baughn WRB block or Block Code: BAUG. Rooms will be made available to the group at the contracted rates until Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Check in time at the lodge is 4pm. They have told us that they will do their best to accommodate early check in but is not guaranteed. Please plan accordingly. They do have bathrooms in the common area if you need a space to change or get ready. They will also hold luggage behind the desk. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Please note there will be a bus shuttle available to take guests to and from the venue.

Unfortunately, on-site lodging is limited at the Mohican's for our wedding. All properties have been booked for Saturday night. Please plan to stay at the Mohican Lodge if you do not already have a reservation on site. Shuttle service will be available to transport you to and from the wedding venue.

A bus shuttle will be running between the Mohican Lodge and the wedding venue through the night. The only pick up prior to the wedding will be at 3:30pm, so please be ready for departure at that time. The last shuttle back to the Mohican Lodge will be at 10:45pm.
