Hannah & Nathaniel

We met October 2019 during our Naval officer training school in Newport, Rhode Island. 
It wasn’t until week two of this five-week program that Nathaniel noticed Hannah, one cold morning during PT. Paired up briefly by chance to do curl-ups, we were soon separated, but not before Nathaniel decided that he wanted to get to know the tall Ensign with the big, beautiful eyes. 
During the following weeks we spent increasing amounts of time together, going into Newport and then to Boston on our scant liberty weekends.
By graduation we wanted to continue growing our friendship but were uncertain of how our future would pan out, given our stations on opposite coasts. Nonetheless, our friendship blossomed into something greater, and we look forward to the years to come.
